Remembering Zin

I keep thinking about the poem that I wrote for my mother as she made her transition in 2004.  Zin has been a long time friend and he and Michele Thibeaux transformed my poem, I Am Forever Changed, into a moving song.  A video was soon shot in the University Museum at Texas Southern University with my art on display for an exhibition entitled Under The Wings of The Wind, produced by Grind Kings.  Tony Mitchell and his crew worked their magic and yet I keep thinking about the outpouring of love.  Zin was always so compassionate.  He was quick to smile and forever looking forward to building something with those he met. I know this conversation is open ended and ever expanding.  The memories will linger and the life of such a good friend will be celebrated! Peace and light.
